The Cider House McCaysville Mule

  • Ginger beer
  • Sparkling cider and your favorite hard cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon mulling spices
  • Sliced apple and cinnamon sticks for garnish


  1. Fill two copper mugs with ice. Pour 2 oz of your favorite Hard Cider into each cup.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp mulling spices
  3. Fill 2/3 full with sparkling cider, then top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick and serve.
