Chocolate Pudding Cake that melts in your mouth
Every cook should know how to make a chocolate cake. This Chocolate Pudding Cake is so rich and decadent, we found people kept sneaking back for more! Once served, it was still warm in the center and when paired with a side of vanilla ice cream, it became a slice of heaven. The gooey chocolate chips were just the thing that made this cake one of our favorites.
- 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
- 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- ½ c. strong coffee
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a 10” Bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and coffee. Beat until well blended. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and then cool in the pan 10 minutes. Gently, turn out the cake onto a wire rack and let cool completely.
