Sweet Potato Mash

3 large sweet potatoes
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
¼ heavy cream
1 cup pecans, chopped

Bring 2 quarts of water to boil. Peel and dice potatoes; boil till soft, then drain. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar butter and cream. Purée potato mixture until smooth, then stir in pecans.
