Sugar and Spice Pecans

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbs. water
  • 1 lb. pecans


  • Preheat oven to 250 F.
  • In a large bowl, beat the egg white until foamy. Mix in cinnamon, sugar, salt and water and stir well.
  • Stir in pecan halves, stirring well until coated thoroughly.
  • Spread on baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, turning over pecans every 15 minutes.
