Bottoms up! These Apple Cider Floats, by Paige Green, can be a dessert all on their own.
- Local Apple Cider
- Sparkling apple cider
- French vanilla ice cream (I prefer vanilla bean)
- Whipped cream, ground cinnamon, caramel sauce, apple slice, cinnamon stick- all optional
Drizzle caramel sauce on sides of glass. Place 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream in your favorite float glass. Pour equal parts apple cider and sparkling cider over ice cream. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle ground cinnamon on whipped cream. Place cinnamon stick in glass and place apple slice on glass rim.
