A grandmother who worked in a WWII aircraft factory, a young man who gave his life for his country, an up-and-coming singer overcoming incredible odds… these are the people we live with in the South. They are our neighbors, our friends, our countrymen. From the beginning, the mission of Appalachian Country Living Magazine has been to promote the communities we serve. The people, the culture and the food are only a little of what we cover. We aren’t afraid of being personal with our readers and we bring that connection to the businesses we serve, too. We reach a wide audience through magazine distribution of North Georgia, the state welcome centers and our interactive website issue.
We are heavily involved in the communities we serve, frequently featuring non-profit programs and events. We also have a monthly calendar with events from all over the state. Each issue focuses on the time of year and its relation to the lives of people in our area. We regularly have arts & entertainment, home decorating & construction, business news, health & fitness, history and, most popular, recipes that reflect who we are and what we love.
Magazines are mailed out to subscribers & businesses, distributed at high-traffic areas, advertisers’ businesses, and cabin rentals. Of course, it is also available online each issue on our website (which also has online-only content) so readers can have access to us 24/7. We are the South. We are Appalachian Country Living Magazine.
